Born in Malaysia, grew up in both Malaysia and Singapore with university studies in Tasmania, Sharon speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, and Malay. Exposed to Malaysia’s and Singapore’s diverse multicultural society from a young age, she knows that understanding cultural differences is crucial for successful outcomes. She feels a connection and understanding of her clients and quickly gains a sense of how she can help them, while building their relationship based on trust, high ethical standards, great communication, accurate, and true transparency.
After graduating in Accounting & Finance from the University of Tasmania, Sharon worked in the banking industry, Hong Leong bank Malaysia, where she worked as Internal Auditor and then promoted to Internal Audit Executive where she leads teams to perform special review and investigation, ad-hoc audit for branches at risk, and ensuring quality reporting and deliverables at Group level in the area of banking, insurance, and stock broking. She fully understands her fiduciary duty as a real estate agent, privacy of her clients, and her duty and practice that is guided by care, transparency, and integrity.
After 3 years in banking industry, she returned to Singapore to take up the position of Internal Audit Executive at Dairy Farm, a listed company with over 10,000 outlets with total annual sales exceeding US$28 billion. She overlooks, supervises and executes operational audits for five retail banners under Diary Farm: Cold Storage supermarket, Shop N Save, Giant, Guardian and 7-Eleven. Before departing to Australia, Sharon was a Senior Executive at Nam Fatt Corporation Berhad, a listed company that engages in investment holding and construction of bridges, heavy concrete foundations, roads, factory complexes, oil & gas pipelines, golf resort, and other similar construction activities. Her auditor background in multiple listed companies in different countries with diverse portfolio allow her to have exposure to multi-disciplines business, some in construction and real estate, and a broad network of elite contacts. The work experience makes her an incisive strategic thinker with a steadfast commitment to provide exceptional client service.
Sharon is currently:
• 7 months in her Sales Consultant job at Hayeswinckle Newtown where she has successfully turned over more than 25 houses worth more than $15M in value, includes the tremendous 100% success rate of all auctions.
• The Director of Efficient Frontier Finance Pty Ltd and
• the owner of Geelong Discus.
Outside of work, Sharon loves spending time with her husband Sui and her two children Tiffany and Ethan.

Dr Sui Khoo is an inventor, entrepreneur and educator whose work spans advanced engineering and finance. He earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (QS Top 50 under 50) in Singapore, and has authored over 100 papers in leading international journals and conferences. His pioneering research in control systems, robotics, artificial intelligence and waste-recycling has attracted more than AUD 24.9 million in grant funding.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Dr Khoo co-founded Geelong Discus with his wife Sharon. Under their leadership, Geelong Discus has become Australia’s premier importer and reseller of premium discus fish—earning a reputation for bespoke sourcing, uncompromising quality and ethical business practices. Their clientele includes fund managers, bankers, medical professionals, real-estate agents, builders and electricians.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, Dr Khoo broadened his expertise by self-studying economics and finance, completing his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and beginning Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. In mid-2021, inspired by Modern Portfolio Theory and advanced optimisation techniques, he partnered with Sharon to launch Efficient Frontier Finance Pty Ltd—delivering tailored, risk-adjusted mortgage solutions that align with each client’s long-term objectives.
Outside the office, Dr Khoo enjoys advancing his CFA studies, caring for his discus-fish aquaria and spending quality time with his family.
